I get that, but these people act like Trump was secretly coordinating with...who? That's what I am getting at. There was no large scale coordination at the Capitol. There may have been small groups doing their own thing, but there was no plan. In fact, most of the big name folks who were near the Capitol were trying to get people not to go in and telling them to turn around.

That's utterly false. Even during broadcast of the live event, it was pointed how at least two right wing armed groups advanced on the Capitol in military style, hands on each other's shoulders. Known participants included the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and the Boogaloo Boys. There was even a pip bomber pre-positioning explosive devices prior to the insurrection.

The traitors had pre-positioned themselves and weapons in expectation of Trump's clarion call to armed action. There will always be those who do not accept the truth if it isn't in their favor. They will employ various tactics as a result: Denial, outright lie, expound half-truths, twist facts into false narrative (alternate facts they call it), or justify acts/words by mistranlation of religious means, or self-created myths.


Finally, FYI, armed isn't limited to guns, as the photo demonstrates.

In an offensive ground war to take and hold land any somewhat fortefied building would be used, especially in a besieged city being shelled with entire blocks being leveled.

Let's quit pretending Russia holds any moral high ground in this offensive. They brought the fight to Ukrainians not the other way around.

Wearing camo didn't make one armed. I believe there were as many libs arrested with guns as righties.

You so want this to be a real thing but it's just not. Based on the 2 years prior it was tame

Look at the destruction in the eastern and southern cities. City blocks, entire cities have been laid waste.

If the US were being invaded, you're telling me the patriots defending their soil wouldn't utilize large buildings made of stone with medical tech/auxiliary power built into them?

I guess it is possible sanctions are the chicken soup of international diplomacy in that it couldn't hurt to offer. But you aren't being objective about how your position started when you shared that tweet earlier.
Since sanctions are making it much worse for Europe, and sanctions are the chosen method to punish Putin for his aggression, we should wait for Europe to declare they've had enough.
