Vanderbilt SP+ preview.

Jeff Sagarin had Vandy ranked as the #142 best team in FBS/FCS rankings to end the year last year. Hawaii was ranked #102 and Elon was ranked #165. It looks like the Hawaii game for Vandy will be a toss-up. Hawaii is ranked #130 in returning production for 2022; Vandy is #56 for returning production and falling according to the latest update from Bill Connelly. Hawaii has some transfers coming in from P5 schools so that could be interesting. jmo.

Here’s the only real question for Vandy football in 2022. Will they win at least one game?

How many point does Wake Forest score on Vandy? 50? 60?

They are making it equidistant between bases now. The bases are closer between 1-2 and 2-3 now. 90 feet center to center. The catcher has a shorter throw to second now but the runner has an advantage now. The bases are also bigger by 3 inches.
