What the Constitution is "founded on" and what it was "made for" are not the same thing. There's a meaningful distinction to be made between the instrument by which we govern ourselves and the virtue (or vice) with which we conduct our public affairs.

In what context? Being honest, this is one of the first wars in my teenage and adult life I've not really kept up with. Because honestly, I don't trust:

American media to tell the truth
Russian media isn't going to tell the truth
Not sure I trust overseas sources much either

So, please give me some context or what happened and I'll do my best to answer.
