Some body needs to get to Stewart’s and tell them to get their Key Lime Soda a diet version, and I may never drink anything else again
Does diet soda make that big a difference for the average person?

I drink maybe, maybe 1 can of coke a day. I can't imagine it would be bad enough on me to need to be a diet soda. I guess diet is better for the people who drink several sodas a day. . .

I had to Google how many sodas the average person drinks daily. . . 2.6 . . . they drink 45 GALLONS, or 375lbs per year, equal to about 470 cans. . .

That's about 235oz of aluminum used, worth about $8. Enough to buy about 8 gallons of gas in 1998. . . it's been 24 years since '98, 24÷8=3. . . Which all points to Tennessee football winning a national title in 3 years - the 125th anniversary of Roddy Coca~Cola Bottling Company.

It doesn't matter what you think and feel...AP has said it several times and DW has said it before the Vandy transfer were thought of...DW prefers RT and that is why he's been repping exclusive there this spring. @mr.checkerboards
And our coaches trying it because they deem it can work, and they know a hell of a lot more about it than you or I do.

Apparently, they have data that suggests it doesn't affect much during the season, but that it matters more in the playoffs.
there's been 10 total ties in the last 10 years....and it's not a loss, so if you lose a tie breaker by a half game, then i think that's probably ok.

i like the rule right now because a FG doesn't win it. at some point, just because a team wins the toss, doesn't mean the automatically get to go score a touch down....

Since 2010 in the playoffs, 1st possession ot wins (walk off TD) in the playoffs is 7, in 12 opportunities. now, having said that, the team that wins the coin toss, has won 10 of those contests.

but getting the ball first doesn't equal walk off TD. but there is an inherent advantage it seems to getting the ball first, one way or the other.

not sure the rule is necessarily bad. you do get to play defense....and even if you hold 'em to a FG, you're getting the ball w/a chance to tie or win.
