Dang that's awesome he's following English. Hopefully he gets the Graduate Waiver to go through. I'm sure UT compliance helped him there to ensure it'll work out for him though. He could be really solid at that level.

Disappointed he didn't keep improving here, but the emergence of ZZ and dominance of Vescovi sure didn't help.

Yeah, I mean last season when we needed him he was 3rd on the team in scoring at 10.9 ppg. But that's kind of all he was offering. Santi & JJJ both emerging as well as the surprise that ZZ was with KC just took minutes Bailey could have gotten. Not to mention our roster flipping to more big bodies.

Started 12 games last season and was getting 24.8 mpg. Cut to 4 starts and just 9.6 mpg, most of those sporadic though.

Also I think he can still use the 1 free transfer, his first one to here he sat a season.

Interesting to hear your take on this. First question I ask in book club is “Did you read or listen?” Makes a big difference I think. I’ve had average books made good (to me) because of the narration - and vice versa. Used to read a lot, but because of my life/work schedule I only listen now - while driving, walking, gardening, etc. & I love having the technology that enables us to do so. I sometimes even search for books based on a few of my favorite narrators instead of authors.

Totally the same. For me it's not a replacement to reading. They are unique to each other. I love Neil Gaiman, I devour anything he writes. Cannot listen to him read his own books though, it flattens the characters too much for me. But then other books that are otherwise not "page turners" I'm so into the voice actor I'll listen to them straight through. I have favorite authors and now I've also got favorite narrators. Any book narrated by Luke Daniels for example is on my short "listen to list."

I am not touching that at all, LOL.

I'm not saying that all rednecks are stupid, or that all rednecks have that ethos. I said that that particular ethos found in some of the redneck culture (inherited from the Antebellum southern tradition as mentioned) is stupid. If you have never lived out that ethos, then why so sensitive about statements about that ethos?

And I'm not too terribly concerned about what you think of the statements. They are well researched and argued by Thomas Sowell, whose essay on the subject informed by thoughts. However, you are more than welcome to your opinions on the matter.
The fact that you are too obtuse to understand how stupid of a generalization your comments are makes it useless for me to argue.

Temper has nothing to do with where you are from, what color you are, or how intelligent you are. I like Sowell, but that is dumb.

this is fun.

ok, what if right when the dude was walking up to you, someone from across the parking lot yelled "don't engage him, he's a dust head and he's been smoking PCP!"
Uhmm...pull your gun and put him down like the rabid dog he is before he pulls out a bottle of Tabasco and eats your face..🤷‍♂️

Why is dude just filming instead of moving down the interstate and trying to warn people or even helping someone that might be injured?
Dude is clearly more concerned with his car being damaged than people possibly dying right in front of him, but there's only so much you can do that's safe. Running up the road to warn could endanger you, and it doesn't really solve the problem as pileups will continue to happen. Pulling people out of cars before the next car hits is extremely dangerous but could save some lives. Other than that, helping people further down get out and treated for injuries is the safest and best thing to do - and he stopped filming to supposedly do that.

The solution to preventing this catastrophe, if you're driving in a snowstorm with intense fog on a slick interstate - pull tf over and stop driving! You can't react in time.

Once the front was completely blocked he could have safely and quickly yanked a few people out their cars downstream

Of course I don't advocate killing yourself. But something could have been done besides filming surely.
One could have run way ahead telling people to slow down as well. Maybe not much good but could have saved one life maybe

There has to be a way to help prevent situations like this.

If people would slow way down or just stay off the road like they have a modicum of common sense, it would do wonders..

You see all these idiots in whiteout conditions still buzzing along at 50-60 mph or more....it is insane.

That dude that hit the sign at the beginning and then stood by his car is the luckiest sob alive..when that SUV plowed into the back right of his car at high speed it literally spun around him...that was crazy....go watch it real slow, I missed it the first time...😳
