If you own the platform, does your right to fair speech mean you can selectively decide what goes on the platform?

As an individual, does your right to free speech mean you have a right to blessed silence rather than what someone else is spewing?

Interesting... So the only mainstream news outlet that is reporting this is Reuters and apparently this happened in the first few days of the conflict. Theories are circulating that Viktor Medvedchuk may have been sprung out by the Russians. This has also appeared to have spooked several members of the Ukrainian leadership. The concern is that he will likely get together with a few of his contacts and start to build a transitional govt. No one has seen or heard from him since his escape...

Be careful about where you are going with your line of questioning. Could Ma Bell cut off phone service to communists, Black Panthers, anti-Vietnam War protesters or the KKK?

Today the question is more can you listen in to them if you have a friendly FISA judge in your pocket. I'd guess if the Black Panthers or KKK also threw in a pitch about an extended warranty for your car, they could call anybody and everybody - nobody's cutting those off.
