Musselman has done a phenomenal job at Arkansas in what 3 short seasons… two Elite 8’s and a 73-27 record in 3 seasons. One of the underrated coaches in the country. Really revitalized their program quickly. Did great work at Nevada as well
I don't like the flopping 🦬💩

I have no skin in the game. I'm not a Titans fan, I'm not a Browns fan, I'm not a fan of any NFL team in particular (another story for another time). That being said, I have seen a LOT.....a LOT of folks on here bemoaning the fact that Ryan Tannehill is the starting QB for the Titans. Hypothetically speaking, there's a solid upgrade available that wants/needs out of his current city. Throw a second rounder at Cleveland and offer to take on the remainder of Baker Mayfield's contract (I also don't know what the Titans' cap space looks like). Younger QB, upgrade at the position, and it gets him out of Cleveland. Thoughts??

Not an upgrade imo.

Baker is a career 61.6% who throws about 3500 yards a season, just 23 TDs on average and 14 ints. Ryan while at TN is at 67.3% 3500 yards 25 TDs and 9 ints.

Titans play calling and ****** pass protection has always been their issue with Ryan. Like you spend 80% of a game trying to pound the rock and run PA then suddenly you need plays in the passing game and think you're going to spread teams out and make it happen?

He is a good coach...there are others just as good or better than him who have never had high 4-5* talent stacked 3 deep.

He's a great program builder and good coach. With equal talent he wouldn't be who he is. But credit him with building the system that effectively utilizes the talent.

...and mentoring coaches and recruiting and program management. He has superior talent because he sold them on his vision.

Playcalling doesn't make a great coach any more than steering a boat makes someone a great captain.

Saban is the best college football coach in history. I'm not sure how this can be disputed at this point.

Massive dude in the gym locker room. Built like an NFL linebacker… wearing UK shorts.

I kept my mouth shut, but casually drop my Tennessee beanie on the bench we are sharing to get dressed… just so he knows.

It’s the equivalent of a dog peeing on a neighborhood stump… I think
lol.
