These assorted links cover Judge Jackson's record on child porn sentencing pretty well. These are fact which are inconvenient to the Republican narrative.
learn something!
You aren't comprehending. You said they voted for judges that had similar sentences. Your article doesn't address those at all. Since you are making the claim that judges they voted for made similar judgements, I ask you what are the cases you are referring to?Then you didn't read the factcheck.org article. It covered every specific case in question. The article answers all of your questions. Read the damn thing and learn something! Hawley and Blackburn have left out context, and pertinent facts in their attacks on Judge Jackson's record. That link clearly points that out.
When have I ever said a ****ing thing about QAnon? Or are you just using that as some generic low IQ insult? You’re asking too much. This is the QAnon playbook. Make it about pedophilia and the base won’t bother to seek answers, like whether or not the Pizza parlor running a child sex ring out of the basement even has a basement. And if you actually prove there’s no basement, they will still believe it.
When will Reps fabricate a witness to lie about what Jackson did in high school? Until that happens you have no moral high ground to stand on in regards to how Reps are handling this.LOL. You are only attacking one of the many factors at work here. Hawley and Blackburn have clearly misrepresented Judge Jackson's record on sentencing child porn offenders.
It is also fair to point out that both Hawley and Blackburn have voted to confirm judges with virtually identical histories of sentencing child porn offenders. Why only make an issue out of this during Jackson's hearing then? That's easy. She was nominated by a Democrat.
The disconnect here is due to the fact that you are obviously not reading the articles which I've already posted multiple times now. The answer to this question is easily found in the ABC News link. I will post it a 3rd time. Will you PLEASE click on this link, and take the 3 minutes necessary to read it this time? You aren't comprehending. Now that we have indeed established that these predators sentences are agreeable to you... Justify it. Why should the sentences be significantly less than the guidelines in your opinion?
So you don't have the cases or even ANY information on the cases. Got it.The disconnect here is due to the fact that you are obviously not reading the articles which I've already posted multiple times now. Fact check: Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson child porn sentences 'pretty mainstream'
Please take note of the subheading, in particular, which reads :
"Republican Sen. Josh Hawley voted to confirm judges who gave similar sentences."
The Judges in question, are Judge Joseph Bianco, Judge Andrew Brasher and Judge Carl Nichols. They were all 3 nominees to the federal judiciary under President Donald Trump, who Sen. Josh Hawley voted to confirm. Sen. Hawley now claims to have been unaware of their sentencing history, but that is a weak excuse, even if true. As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, it is his job to scrutinize such records. At the very least, Sen. Hawley is guilty of a double standard with how closely he will scrutinize the record of a nominee under a Republican president versus how carefully he will scrutinize a nominee from a Democratic president.
I didn't say that.So you don't have the cases or even ANY information on the cases. Got it.
I've asked for them twice. You don't find it odd that abc wouldn't source the claim to actual cases?I didn't say that.
That ABC News link provided the names of the judges involved. I can certainly find the cases involved as well, if that is important to you. I will take the time time to find that information... as long as you will read it.

I'm proving that Sen. Josh Hawley has a different set of standards for the judicial nominees from a Republican Party President, than he has for the judicial nominees from a Democratic Party President. All you prove is there are more unfit judges than the one nominated. They should all be removed.
Dims were screeching in Kavanaugh’s hearing, believe all women.
In Browns hearing, she doesn’t know what a woman is, yet you Dims want her on the SC and she can’t fight for women if she doesn’t know.
Insulting your low IQ seemed unnecessarily mean, even for me, since you probably can’t help that. When have I ever said a ****ing thing about QAnon? Or are you just using that as some generic low IQ insult?
