Has one of the best DC's in all of college football.Nobody really talks about it, but I think Mike Leach is building an impressive roster in Starkville. Especially on defense. He's got highly rated defenders coming in, immense size on both lines, and getting some key transfers. 4* CB Marcus Banks just transferred in from Bama.
9 out of 10 times it's just a leaky shower head arm where it screws in behind the wall. If there isn't an access hole where you look and see from how high up the water starts, I'd try getting a new shower head arm(cheap) and put some thread tape on it and screw it down tight first anyways. It's one of the most common leaks and the cheapest and easiest to fix. You could just thread tape the old one, but they tend to wear thin around the threads and leak again even with the tape. If that doesn't fix it, then it's either the tub spout which is fixed the same way as the shower head arm, a handle or rough-in valve that needs replacing, a leak in the floors, seams, or walls of the shower/tub which can be fixed with a little caulk, or leaky water line connection going to the rough-in and shower head. It is almost never the drain and pan, but that's the last thing if all else fails.House goes on the market next week. This was built in 2018. Wife just noticed wet spot on our down stairs ceiling. Its directly above our shower. Should i say YOLO and paint over the wet spots and not fix the issue? Suggestions would be helpful

How is hubby doing?Birds have memories of those that get close. If you get too close to their nest they will not only attack you to get you to leave but will also attack you next time they see you even if you're not too close. When you get the warning from them, your best move is to get away at once. Find another route. Once they've marked you as a threat you're marked by them for life (or at least for a very long time).
And on that note, last time we were at UT Hospital I got too close to a nest and got dive bombed. I didn't heed the above advice because I didn't see it until it was too late.

Happy Belated Birthday to you both! I knew you hadn’t posted in awhile about what was going on with his health issues and figured you might have been in the ‘grateful’ lull of what’s going on. Enjoy this lull while you can, I just wanted you to know there’s others that think about your situation. Sports are a good distraction. Now we get to enjoy recruiting again and you get moment peace time with hubbyDoing well despite the overall diagnosis/outlook. He's in a good phase where things are fairly stable. I'm trying to figure out how to help him accomplish some crafting stuff. He likes to make things and is wanting to make several items that are a bit out of my league. We have a local Makers which is designed for just that and were on the verge of joining when he took a super bad turn. I'm thinking I need to contact them again.
But we had the most wonderful birthday week! He's older than me but his bday is on March 8th while mine's on the 12th and we've always celebrated them together. Since I'm convinced that we already had COVID, we went and saw Spider-Man and to Hobby Lobby to buy crafty stuff. He hadn't been out of the house in a while so it was a genuine treat for both of us. And to top it off shooty hoops won the SECT on my Bday (he's not the sports fan that I am but it made things awesome for me!).
