You would think Florida would’ve went after someone with alittle more experience. Golden guy was assistant at Auburn from 14-16’ and went 57-36 at San Francisco last 3 seasons including a losing record last season. Although Billy Donovan’s record wasn’t really impressive when they hired him either. Doubt he’ll be that successful but it’s just baffling

It's the landscape of college coaching these days. Every P5 school has money, so you can't sway a current P5 coach unless 1. you are an elite blue blood or 2. the coach wants out of his current job or has ties to your school.
