As a devout Christian, we are experts in missing the point. Send me the Reese’s
I get extremely aggravated by this dumb crap too. I had a member in Florida once that didn't want us to participate in Halloween festivities because "It is the devils day"...I told him the devil doesn't have a day and quoted "This is the day which the Lord has made, let us be glad and rejoice in it".

These things are what you make of them.

Buzz definitely earned more respect from me, seems like a good coach that cares about his players.

The amount of trolls that popped up on that tweet shared by A&M with the "win more games" don't seem to get it. A&M did win more games, in fact they won more games than 25 other teams in the 68 selected.

If you want to be bias and select whatever team you like/want to see play most coaches will accept that. But when you try to present it as metric or analytically based then you're going to get backlash because those things aren't really grey areas. The numbers don't lie and anyone can reference them to make arguments.
Agreed. Not only did they win more games than 25 other teams but:
They finished 5th in the SEC in front of Alabama and LSU and won more games than both. Bama and LSU are 6 seeds.
They beat 11-seed Notre Dame, 6-seed Bama, 2-1 with 4-seed Arkansas, and 1-1 with 2-seed Auburn then made the SEC championship game. Their only bad losses are South Carolina and Vanderbilt.

Other losses were 6-seed LSU (2), 3-seed Tennessee (2), @ 3-seed Wisconsin, 9-seed TCU, and 2-seed Kentucky.

I've been pretty mad about how the Vols were seeded, but I feel genuinely mad and sad for A&M. They got hosed. At least we are in the tourney and have a good draw.

LSU is probably going to get a first round exit after firing Wade. Bama is Jekyll and Hyde. A&M was firing on all cylinders going into post season. Could've been giant killers.

Bama and LSU's squads are full of highly rated recruits though.... let's not forget that

Damn after that nice breakdown they did get hosed..makes absolutely zero sense at all just looking on the surface of things..the only thing I can possibly think of that starts taking up the room for teams like A&M to play is when you guarantee these small no name conference winners tournament bids and most of the time they Exit in the first round…it’s very seldom you get a miracle (high seed) team advance deep into the tournament…

Legalistic "Christians" do a ton of damage and turn people off to the faith.

Our best recruiting rating per player average was 90.46 in 2019… if we land Nico and others. We’ll pass that pretty easily. For compassion there are usually 12-15 teams per year in the 90.00+ Range on average player. It would put us in better position to compete no doubt

I agree some people can take it to far, but one would be blind to not see some of the demonic things we allow ourselves to be desensitized to just because it’s Halloween. I personally prefer harvest festivals but have no problem with basic Halloween festivities. I just think things have gotten to demonic for my taste.

Such as…? Halloween movies? Costumes? Candy? Neighborhood parties? Decorations?

Does that mean you're not coming to the goat sacrifice this year?

I'll say this - TAMU got absolutely hosed.

But I'll also say this - it took me until the SEC got waaay too successful at football to realize supporting other SEC teams wasn't in our favor. The SEC has been getting better and better at basketball and all this new ESPN money won't slow that train down.

So if every other SEC team would politely go kick rocks, that'll do. We'll still schedule our OOC juggernauts each year, have a strong SoS, and if we become the new UK of a down and out SEC...I say let's ride.
