Woof. Yes, and by such logic we should be ranked below Texas...

We're talking using overall analysis. The committee doesn't seriously go down an infinite tree of head to head matchups, that would be insane and cyclical. Mere H2H matchups do not and cannot determine overall rankings.

UK started out a handful of NET spots above us and still are. I don't expect a team to drop a full line over 1 loss any more than UT fans expecting us to stay on the 3 line had lost to Miss St in the opener...as we should have stayed on the 3 line imo...these teams have played 30+ games and seeding is mostly already set. Unless you started out on the brink of moving up/down. We started out closer to a 4-seed than a 2. I think we'll do very well to reach the 2-line. Jmo but I think we now deserve it. But a 1 or a very top 2 seed no, very unlikely, haha. Too little too late. "The regular season still matters" as all the oldheads want it to.

I know we're gonna get screwed by the NCAA, but people who make arguments like Devo;s (see up above) are peddling horse ****. You play a team once, and a loss could be a fluke. You play a team 3 times and beat them twice, that's not a fluke. There is no way in hell KY is legitimately a higher seed. They probably will be, but it's a bunch of BS and we should all be calling it for what it is.
