Same here! We have a lot of chemical plants in the mid Ohio valley where I live. It’s been said for years that the it never snows as much here due to the heat they omit. Wonder how much we’d have here if not for that?!
Perfect example…

It's gonna be one of those days for me, I can already tell. . . I tried to push play on your picture. . .

Housing market isn’t going anywhere. Not enough supply. I agree on autos once supply catches up.
As other prices continue to rise...people will be more apt to sit on equity vs signing up for higher interest rates on more expensive homes. Cars are already high because supply is low. Fuel is..well..you know. Inflation is going in the wrong direction.

All signs point to the booming housing market flattening out...if all of the above swings back the other way relatively quickly that would change the outlook.

But I'm not sure that happens

Interest rates are the key to the housing boom.

Wow..Breaking Bad no where on that list is...weird.
That's funny...my mom always says, "what about Breaking Bad", whenever I talk my favorite shows.

I loved it, I did...yet, I have never had the desire to watch it again since it finished. Something about it...I think it was too good, because after each episode I always felt so damn grimey, like I needed a shower. Of course, a GREAT show...not in my top, however.

I definitely think it’ll slow down/flatten out, but I don’t foresee “crashing” like everyone is saying. It’ll slow when rates rise, but over 30% of home purchases right now are cash.

Saul is superior even if it owes it's story to BB.

Watched it through twice...I love that show.
