My post had nothing to do with Tennessee. It was just a statement.Doesn’t matter what they did this year. They went deep in last yr tourney with a bunch of seniors. TN just needs to quit being paired with each season’s Cinderella.
Our team this year will go deeper in tourney with our guards. We have people that have experienced ncaa tournament now. We have a team that doesn’t lose to teams it isn’t supposed unlike last year where the team alternating wins/losses regardless of opponent
The Mich coach got 5 games for a face scrape. This was a legit shot, albeit to the gut. 1 game seems pretty reasonable. Hate it for Cuse fans though. Almost certainly done now and Buddy has been there best players for years. Was gonna text my friend about it, but he's probably pissed all to hell. I know I would be...and to lose to Duke will make it that much worse.I guess the ACC wants to help Duke by suspending the ACC leading scorer - Buddy Boheim - for the Syracuse, Duke matchup for the "punch" he threw last night.

One was by a coach in a non-game situation with a slap to the face. The other, a player in a game who turns and swings his arms out of frustration because of physical play all game. He should have gotten T'd up during the game. He didn't. Just because the game refs missed the call then, doesn't mean the ACC should overreact after the fact IMO. By definition, the foul would have been a Flagrant 1, which wouldn't have gotten Boheim ejected from the game. To suspend him for the entire next game is excessive.
Refs mostly definitely eject players all the time for punches thrown. We'll have to agree to disagree. It wasn't just a swung elbow or regular basketball play. It was a balled fist (!Penny trigger warning!) straight to the hay.One was by a coach in a non-game situation with a slap to the face.
