You also just added White and Sampson who are both sub 11 100m guys. Not to mention Jaylen Wright, Holiday, and Calloway are all speedsters too.

I'd say there's more 4.4 or faster guys on this team than Pruitt ever had on campus in his first 2 seasons.
White….. Sampson…. And Payton were the only three mentioned that weren’t Pruitt guys.

They said they are progressing Brick by Brick.

Pay whatever to these elite guys. No more playing second fiddle. We got a coach that can coach now time to get the elite players
I feel that way too sometimes, but then I think I don't want a mercenary team that has no connection to us other than dollar bills.

The hireling flees when the wolves come.

Sorry…. Misread it

I'd probably give the '21 class to Heupel & co anyway. Since none of them technically spent one practice with Pruitt.

But the 2020 class (Hyatt, Holiday, Calloway, Velus) was really when Pruitt started looking for speed. Most those guys in the 2018/2019 classes were all "SEC SIZE" guys. Set the height slider to 6'0" or taller and didn't care if they ran a 5.0 40 lol

What kind of offense do they run?

If a high school QB were moving to the area, what would be the best program in the Knoxville area? Catholic, Maryville, Alcoa?
It’s been over a couple of years since I was in town but it seems like it was some sort of a power running spread offense. They throw the ball some but not as much as Catholic or maryville does if memory serves correct….I think Catholic then maryville then Alcoa as far as throwing the ball around….. I would still choose Alcoa bc I like them better…. Go Tornadoes!

Catholic is producing more P-5 level players. Rankin left Alcoa, so it's a question mark. Maryville is modern spread O, but more of a system type school.

OH YEAH!! I hope you love those two spots as much as we did...you should run out to Point Reyes NS while you are close at Muir Woods.
We might do that, but I'm stuck with a group. I had to pull teeth to jam these into the schedule lol!

We almost went to Sequoia, but that's apparently at a higher elevation and the weather was brutal. Almost a foot of snow this weekend forecasted last I saw.

Yosemite Valley was chosen instead. Hope the visibility is okay

Volnation I know I don't post a lot but feel like this website has been a great support network for a lot of people who love the Vols. On Monday my dad had a heart attack and has been in critical status in the icu since then. There have been a couple little positive things, but they are concerned about some potential brain swelling. Could really use some prayers or good thoughts and hope for some good results from an MRI this afternoon.

Uplifting your dad and your family in prayer. Truly hope he has a full recovery.
