War in Ukraine

Sorry but I just get tired of this irrational nonsense because Trump was a flawed human being; who also turned out to be a good president. The guy and family took no pay and he literally lost 1/2 his wealth while doing so, yet "he put himself first". No, he put this constitutional republic first and represented people who valued it, not the leftist wipes and unelected bureaucracy. Exactly what he ran on.

It's not objective or independent to make this ridiculous assertion, it's unthinking and tiresome.
“Flawed human being” is the understatement of the century. Attempting to normalize malignant narcissism make his supporters seem whacky at best.

I voted for DJT twice but he lost me when he decided to put himself above the country and gave the Dems 2 Senate seats in GA. Had he actually campaigned for Loeffler and Perdue instead of being a self centered ass, none of the crap that has happened since then would have occurred. No so called infrastructure bill, no threat of BBB, and the progressive agenda would have been DOA in the Senate. Most importantly, the next Supreme Court Justice would not be a progressive warrior, so yeah, heck no.

I’m not sure what yer getting at? It’s a democracy. We’re supposed to protect that right? I’m not comparing American Presidents, if that’s what you are asking.
Bidens little sanctions didnt scare Putin and they are only going to hurt Americans

Are we suppose to be afraid to do what is in our national security interest because we might ruffle Putin's feathers? If you think this is the end of Russian's expansion plans your head is full of oatmeal.
There is nothing about Ukraine that is in our national security interests. GTFOH...

Oddly enough I think the Sanctions are counter productive in terms of bringing about peace. I’m afraid it just further Isolates them politically but has no effect on reducing their ability to make war

I have no problem with a brand of narcissism that places republic-minded people, their liberties and well-being before party and government and the confidence that you're the man for that job. You might examine your own whacky, malignant tunnel vision.

This has taken an odd turn; let's backtrack. What specifically were you asking or implying here:
"Which seems like a victory to Putin this evening doesn’t it?"

Russia invading Ukraine isn't. We really don't have any interests in Ukraine.

China invading Taiwan would be a different story.
How so? Just because they make chips?

So we allow our manufacturing to go to east Asia and then we are placed in a position to possibly kick off WWIII? We're no smarter than the Europeans for making themselves energy dependent on Russia.

You don't get to shoot yourself in the foot and then think you have the morale high ground to start a war to correct your mistake.
