I said that in the BBall forum and I agree, even if they drop next week the The Barn. A get right spot heading to Tampa would be a huge jumping off pointI actually really like that we get Arkansas in a revenge spot at home going into the conference tournament and dance. A chance to get right and taste some blood.
I really do think we win by 10+, maybe more. They'll be pissed.
I’ve watched probably 10 Arky games and every single one of them are the same routine in terms of mindset of attacking basket and the flop drills. They’ve dominated the FT line in every single one of those gamesThis is what Arky does… at home and on the road they get the other team to rack up fouls alot more often than average. It allows for a free throw advantage and foul trouble. They target attacking the hoop instead of settling and Musselman practices drills on defense that some would say “flopping” but that’s been his MO at Nevada and now at Arky. Just have to play smart and around it
I agree. Its a little worrisome . I don't like our offensive inconsistencies this late in the season. Zero creativity on offense. Looks very similar to last year's team. I wouldnt be surprised with a sweet 16 appearance or a 1st round exit. Barnes gets 5mill a year, their shouldn't be very many 1st round exits. This team is offensively challenged. They can’t shoot. They play hard nosed defense but so limited offensively.
Chandlers numbers are almost identical to Vescovi across the board. Does that make Vescovi a top 5 guard also? The same points per game. Chandler is less than 1 steal better and is 1 assist better per game. Vescovi rebounds better, has a better 3 point % and is 10% better at the line. You can see a higher upside to Chandler but he isn’t a game changer right now.Just look at the numbers. Do the research..at least in P5.
