Also doesn’t mean he’s guilty. Just means they couldn’t chase him away.

Mason didn't bolt taking a $400k pay cut at a lesser school because Harsin is a great man, and Auburn didn't create the fiasco they did on the basis of a message board rumor. There's plenty of smoke there, they just couldn't get to the level of firing for cause.

But believe what you want. If you think Harsin is a super guy who is wrongly accused, makes no difference to me.

Great...we gotta another newb starting random threads..🤦‍♂️

Why do these guys come over and insist on changing us? If you don't like the way we do things...no sweat, go back where you came from. 🤷‍♂️

The FF loves everybody that thinks every random thought is so f'n important that they have start a thread on it...

Then again, maybe he just started a random recruiting thread in the FF and the mod on duty moved it here, but in that case I wish the mods would just merge it in here.
I’m thinking that’s the case and I don’t think it’ll happen. It does cause angst 🙂.

You accused him of being a terrible human being based on internet rumor mill having never met the man and not knowing the circumstances of any of this…then provided pure comedy saying “but believe what you want”. Seriously….

Someone talk me out of planning an RV trip with 4 kids out west.

Btw, with Yellowstone, mind the weather. It was the last week of Sept/first of Oct for us and we went from mid 60's and sunny at 2pm to being chased out of the park by a snowstorm that deposited more than 5" before we could get back toward Jackson. Not to mention it was dark and the gas gauge had been on E for a while. I wasn't sure who wanted to kill me more, the wife, kids or my mom.

You drove the San Juan scenic byway in one of those giant RVs?...no way in hell would I do that.

Oh heck NO! Just a Yukon XL. Would never attempt a big RV. If I didn't say "biggest SUV" in the op, I meant to.

Funny though, the first time I drove that highway was after we lost to Louisville in the tourney while Bruce was here. It was March and there was a few inches of snow on that road, no guard rails and no shoulders. I was a stupid kid from TN when it came to driving in the snow. I was scared poopless, meanwhile my wife who gets carsick going up and down the aisles of a Kroger parking lot, was pressed against the glass looking 360 degrees as we went around hairpin turns. I finally blurted out, "I don't want to ever hear about carsick again if this isn't bothering you!". She didn't even stop surveying the incredible vistas but replied, "but this is so pretty you don't even notice.". I couldn't argue. Durango to Montrose may be one of the most beautiful stretches of road in the country.

Sad, something has to break in a man to carry that out
Barry Zito said that he was a sweet human being that he saw having “issues” while teammates in Oakland. Sad that he never got the help that could have saved his life. Deep depression is a very dark place. Help is available. Sad story…..

FWIW I want to give a shout out and strong endorsement to a couple of guys in the HVAC business here in Wilson County and surrounding area. I just had to replace the HVAC unit for my upstairs and was referred to a couple of brothers who started their own business less than a year ago. Their business same is KS Heating and Air. They are well spoken, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. They did a terrific job and saved us money. So if any of you in the mid. tn area will be needing any work done soon, I highly reccommend you let them give you a quote. Some of the more well-known companies in the area that have lots of cute little vans running around will steal you blind!

We drove most of it last year. Didn't go all the way to Durango. For me, Ouray to Silverton is the most amazing drive I've done. Good reason that stretch is called the million-day highway. Well, that and the fact it's estimated to have cost about that much to build it.

I’m convinced that the “Mystery At Blind Frog Ranch” is the worst show Discovery Channel has ever put on the air. You can’t make this crap up. However it’s like a train wreck, can’t look away. 🤣
they started in on possessions, while treasure hunting I said ok, that's it. This is insulting.

Trashwater.

I 100% disagree with your assessment of Yellowstone. First there are all the great waterfalls and Yellowstone Canyon itself, and the thermal areas are varied, fascinating and beautiful. I loved the Visitor Centers at Old Faithful and Canyon...plus the Old Faithful Inn itself is something to see, as is the Old Fort Yellowstone area, and the Mammoth Hot Springs are awesome.

However, I agree about the wildlife, they don't call it the American Serengeti for no reason.
I agree with you about the waterfalls and canyon; just didn't mention them before. Hiked to a couple and enjoyed them. Also did Mammoth Hot Springs. It was worth seeing but we have no desire to see it again on this next trip.

Will probably go see Grand Geyser because it's the tallest. Otherwise, thermals, etc. are like museums once you've seen em, you've seen em. It works for me to just see pictures and videos of them. We were there for 8 days. Didn't go see Old Faithful and I had little desire to. It's not worth fighting the crowds for. I know, I know, it's Old Faithful. But I've never done things just because everybody is. In fact, I tend to avoid those type of things.

Okay, so I just sat with the arrogant self righteous arsehole doc that some other posters were talking about.
My wife and I go to the monthly wine tasting at our country club. We got there a little late and wre seated at a table with this GI doc. He is the poster child for entitled pushy knowitall docs.
I played golf with he and his buddies once and swore never again. Well, at the wine tasting, he said that they are taking a once a month golf trip and I needed to go with them…
I have never been so happy to be covering a UT Arlington baseball game Friday and Dallas Jackals rugby game Saturday. Whew, the next trip is Memorial Day weekend and my wife saved me with “family coming in town”

As he is droning on and on, I realized that outside of my partners, I really don’t hang out with other doctors. It hit me hard why I don’t…
😳

Two of mom's docs who worked at the same HMO both scheduled surgery at the same time. Instead of resolving the issue like grownups they broke into fisticuffs in the damn OR.
