About 20 years ago I started noticing a lot of young doctors in Nashville who graduated from Meharry. Mostly practicing family medicine. Not unusual in itself, except these were all white people. I didn’t remember Meharry having white students when I was a kid and it kind of seemed to go against their mission statement. I have not heard anything negative about any of these docs professionally so I assume they learned what they were supposed to. Just an unusual “back door” some people seem to have found.

It’s a reality show/documentary.

Actually one of the funniest shows that we have watched in a long time. You have to pay close attention or you may miss a hilarious quip. Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent) is the writer that created the Roy Kent character, then was cast in the part. He is abso effing lutly hilarious.

A bunch of us were watching it in the evenings on a group vacation. I suggested a drinking game for every time he dropped an F bomb. We decided that alcohol poisoning would result…no Ted Lasso drinking games. 🤔😂

The storylines and characters started spinning the wheels. It always straddled the fence in being too campy and in season two it embraced being too campy. There were moments but overall not even close to the first season.

Ah, hadnt thought that far into it.

Comparing it to the $18.99 I pay for chick shows on NF, and, the once a week staged docuseries on Discovery, it was a breath of fresh air. I also really like Premier Football, so, I was into that aspect.

Im a Spurs fan so it was cool to see them in there. Sounds like you need to watch more good television.
