concur. There was a time when I just trusted doctors on blind faith. That all changed when my wife died because of mistakes made by some hospital doctors. Not gonna go into it but mistakes were made and those same mistakes were covered up. They didn't stay covered up long though and some form of justice prevailed. Everyone needs to talk to their doctors and ask the hard questions.
Good lord…. That’s devastating. Where does he get his callouts/ How does he know which one to buy?Not quite AI talk, but in terms of crypto.
My son tried to buy a NFT the other day for the equivalent of around $150. Purchase could not be made bc of a 6 day grace period for new accounts. Within that 6 days, that particular NFT sold for 22k!!![]()
As I recall, Chris Fowler made a reference to a "trailer park frenzy" re: Peyton and his Heisman campaign in '97 when the media was pumping up Woodson.
Then they came to Knoxville later and had to put a net/screen behind the set so our fans wouldn't throw stuff at them. They've used one ever since.Chris Flower said that because our fans blamed ESPN for Peyton not winning the heistman in 1997
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ ESPN has stopped a college football commercial that angered some University of Tennessee fans who thought the spot depicted them as hillbillies.
The commercial showed Lee Corso, one of the College GameDay analysts, waiting for an elevator.
The doors open, and the elevator is filled with orange-clad Volunteers fans. A pig runs out, and an overweight woman holding another pig and wearing a shower cap and robe yells, ``Come here, Rocky Top!″ _ the team’s fight song.
The spot also poked fun of fan fanaticism, showing an elderly man hooked up to an IV bottle near a sign mentioning Tennessee alumni.
The Tennessee football office said it was swamped with calls over the past few days from fans upset about the commercial.
ESPN spokesman Mike Humes said Tuesday the commercial will no longer be shown.
``This spot was one of many we created for the tongue-and-cheek style College GameDay campaign,″ Humes told The Tennessean newspaper of Nashville. ``We’ve traditionally had the most fun at our own expense in our promotional spots. It is never our intention to offend anyone, and we are sorry if we did in this case.″
Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer had a tape of the commercial on his desk Monday, but said he had yet to see it.
``I’ve got a football game to get ready for, but I’ve heard it’s in poor taste,″ he said.

He showed me yesterday the 22k one and then a few others he tried to buy for less than a 100 that sold in the 3500-7500 range but couldn’t bc of the grace period. Hell, he may be on to something?!?
