FSU actually invented "Gatorade"UT needs to create their own sports drink. Don't need one created at UF. Big Orangeade or something.
That is the way it goes in basketball. Usually the team that wins the Natty is the won on the last for streak.People act like this only happens to UT. Kansas is a top 10 team. Lost to Dayton. Beat Stephen F Austin by 8, Geoge Mason by 9, and OU and Kansas State in one possession games. No one cares how you win.
Interesting. However, I really don't care who developed it first. I am pleased that 50-60 years ago, scientist were interested in developing something that would benefit athletes. My family is full of athlete and I remember in the 50s coaches not allowing players to drink anything, not even water during late Summer football practices.
Hard to make fun of ZZ's height when you're on the same basketball court as him, on the same scholarship.
Muggsy Bogues was 5'3". Spud Webb was 5'7". Both played in the NBA. If you can play, you can play. Talent can overcome lack of height. Height cannot overcome lack of talent.I just don't understand why you would. College basketball has always had space for short guys who were ballers. Very few make it past that but in college those players can be absolutely deadly and every bit the player (often more) than a taller one of similar talent. Makes no sense unless he just hated him for other reasons and picked height because he knew that would piss ZZ off.
