His arm is deadly accurate though…what QB would you pick from the draft? I just don’t see it for other QB’s in this draft maybe Matt corral has better instincts in the pocket but I question his body holding up for a whole season
A lot of places has Malik Willis as the number one QB in the draft…. I just don’t see it…. My Steelers need a qb but I hope we make the rest of the team dominant and then draft a stud qb on a rookie contract.

Kinda random but how different would all our lives be had alabama hired rich Rodriguez instead of saban.

Or if Mack brown didn’t block saban from taking the Texas job when he retired.

Man I can’t wait for the streak to end.
I think about whenever all that happened with Rodriguez, and then how it druuuuugggg out before Saban was hired. If that whole situation were to happen here, I truly believe some of our fans would fling themselves off a cliff. We think VN can be a miserable place now, if THAT were to happen...HO-LY SH!T!!! Forget meltdown...this place would be nuked into the stone age.

We get a commit?

Pretty sure the Titans will be paying Tannehill $900,000,000,000,0000,00000000 next year anyway.
I’d let him play out his contract while here he isn’t good by any means but under a better direction on offense with another OC he can be serviceable I believe, I still feel like we need to get a QB for the future to back him up

I am...Ironman.

May watch that again tonite.

Fortunately powers that be have blessed us with Eternals and Shang Chi.

Only respite is having seen Spiderman...and knowing Moon Knight, MoM, and Thor are on the way.
The new Spiderman movie was a lot better than I anticipated...liked it allot

I did check and the rate is 49.6. That is an improvement over a few years ago. I do understand the thinking, but there is a little problem with that. The first problem is that what if you don't score another TD. As happened to the Titans. That point is gone. Also, if you do score another TD, and kick it both times, the chance that both will be good is a little above 85 (based upon a 92.5% success rate through week 14). If you try two points twice, the chance of missing both is 25.4 and I think that means that you should hit at least one 74.6 % of the time, which is less than 85. So, in my opinion, you should still kick it.

JMO. Two different philosophies - both are correct. Both are subject to what the respective staffs are trying to achieve. The Titans did not think Tannehill would be that careless with the ball and trusted a less than stellar OC with play calling well.

In retrospect I would not have gone for it because I would have realized by this point in the season that my OC is terrible at play calling. But I understand Vrabel doing it because he believes the guy knows what he's doing.

If you are the aggressor, you put pressure on the opponent immediately with the move if it is successful. If not, you have a tie score early in the game with plenty of time to go do something better. They had just wildcatted it in untouched from the 3 yard line. You need one yard this time. Do it again to Lewan/Saffold's side. Make the Bengals prove they can stop it. Don't go to the weakest O-line blocking side with a delayed hand off with a RB who had not played in over 2 months. So dumb.

I agree. They've got to live with him, so make it better with a better OC and improved O-line. The D is showing signs that it could become dominant with a couple of additions. Like you, I would love to see them pick up a diamond in the rough at QB who could be developed behind Tannehill for a couple of years.

It’s a mute point either way in a 3 point win, Mehrable or whatever ppl call him has stabilized the football team after sucking for years so he gets a pass in my mind. He needs a new OC and we might need to draft a future QB to play backup for a year that much is apparent. I do like Kenny Pickett a lot so hopefully we make a play at him, the other QBs are not worth jmo
I think it was a bad decision, but overall he has done a very good job.
