@VolsDoc81TX and others.. have inexplicable localized severe pain in my thigh for about 24 hours now. It is ever so slightly warm, no swelling. There was no sort of trauma or injury to the leg when it happened. My wife is convinced I have a blood clot. Should I go to the ER?

If you're asking us then you know it's time to go. Your body isn't lying to you. Severe pain that doesn't come from trauma ALWAYS needs to be looked at. I know going to the hospital sucks but it's not worth taking a risk with your health. Don't wait until the damage is done and you've got a bigger problem. Go now.

The “Bye” week in the NFL playoffs IMO is not always something to get excited about. Home field is nice, but momentum is real in the NFL and consistent playing time is probably more valuable than taking a week off and getting rusty.
