To Protect and to Serve II

Who’s defending it? I’m telling you what happened. And yes LE officers report to their police chief or sheriff and the chiefs especially report to the mayor or city councils.
They can’t arrest people if the DA or judge refuses to prosecute or the magistrate won’t give warrants. Or the mayor specifically orders them down.

But hey let’s arrest people without their papers or mask sorry I meant for “trespassing”

Really? Then why is the murder rate up 47%? Why is it more important to enforce a politician’s mandate then protect and serve the citizens?

Got to make sure those folks have their papers just like the nazis did for hitler.
The murder rate is up in big cities across the country because liberal prosecutors are refusing to jail felons letting them out again and again and in many cases not even holding them for jail. Add to that a cycle of rising gang violence and a refusal in ghettos to assist police with naming the suspects and murders increase. and police by and large have nothing to do with vax papers at all

You mean like Putin and the KGB have done?
Don’t forget the lizard people and Illuminati are coming with the microchips too 😂

You have claimed over and over when cops are ordered by politicians to enforce or not enforce a law or mandate that they have no choice.

So if ordered by the government will cops go door to door to confiscate guns or give the jab?

No one is doing either of those things. Not the military. Not the police. Those are conspiracy theory flat earth level BS assumptions.

Lol it’s not hard to grasp that you can’t do whatever you want on others property and have to abide by their rules whether you agree or not

The government are mandating these unconstitutional rules and fining and shutting down businesses if they do not comply, but yeah the rules.

“The government” is not some nebulous secret cadre of people. The federal government has attempted to do vax mandates and it was shot down by the court. State and city governments have a variety of things they are doing (some right, some wrong) and they are being handled via legal means. It doesn’t mean that people can do what they want on other peoples property. It’s hard to take you seriously when you can’t even grasp what constitutional law actually means. You said 50% of all traffic stops violate the 4th amendment. I mean that’s some high level ignorance there

I’ve never once made a derogatory remark toward you, but now I’m ignorant for daring to question the integrity of law enforcement?

It was proven during the riots that you can do whatever you want to other peoples property without repercussions. You have admitted that politicians ordered cops to stand down and they stood down. You have admitted that it’s all about following the orders of elected officials whether constitutional or not.

Businesses are being forced to not serve the unvaccinated, by an unconstitutional mandate and cops are joyfully arresting people without their papers. If a business doesn’t call law enforcement on an unvaccinated patron then what or who gives law enforcement the power to enter a business asking for papers? How can law enforcement arrest someone for trespassing if the business has no issues with them being there?

I’m not being derogatory other than saying you are ignorant of reality and law if you believe 50% of traffic stops violate the 4th amendment. That is literally an insane take.

And again just because something happened in Portland doesn’t mean “it proves you can riot without consequences anywhere”. There were thousands of people rioting that were arrested by police for a variety of crimes all over the country. What “unconstitutional” orders are you referring to?

These businesses are the ones calling the police on these people because they won’t leave when they are told to. You realize that right? No one has the right to do whatever they want on someone’s else’s property. There’s nothing “unconstitutional” about it

That was a very unpleasant read...primarily because it doesn't lend itself to being viewed in anything remotely "bad apple" but the dreaded "systemic".
Only marginally less extreme examples of this stuff happen all over.

There was a second Ferguson report that followed the report exonerating the officer who shot Michael Brown. DOJ found that the town was basically using the court as an ATM machine. There were emails flying back and forth between judges, commissioners, and the police about how they needed more tickets and convictions to make budget. Then, miraculously, the number of tickets went up and the number of convictions went up.

Could write the same report about my town in Tennessee.
