Wise. I made the decision last summer to just assume recruiting will be nut kick after nut kick, and watching our defense will take years off my life, and just tune in during offensive snaps. I was pretty happy this season.

Hopefully we get one of these top rated secondary transfers to replace Neyor.

I don't mind the idea of adding a WR, but if we're in number crunch mode I'd rather add some defensive guys. I think being from Texas it's likely been his dream as a kid to play there, but still they are coming off a 5-7 season and looked terrible.

Where are these TN kids in the portal like Navy that have a desire to play for the home state school?!?

My current project is to rebuild my wife’s above ground gardens that I built her 10 years ago. I am improving the design so that they will last 20+ years this time. She loves gardening and growing her own vegetables. She gets upset in the Summer if she has to buy vegetables that she could have grown. It’s amazing how much better home grown tastes. Now, I just need the weather to cooperate… 😊

Im sure thats it. The guy averaged a TD per game and we are going to back off him. We have NO portal guys and we are backing away?

Like Kiffin said, transfer portal is highest bidder wins right now. So you can count us out when it gets to that point of the recruitment and that becomes the final decision. We are being forced to toe the line with caution because of what Pruitt did and meanwhile we are getting kids stolen by those not giving a ****

I always liked Danny and the Heupel hire. So nah I wasn’t in that camp. Listen, I’m good man lol.

Likes? If somebody is posting to get 'Likes' on a forum, they have a sad life.

I'm not bragging about anything. I'm simply saying that as my wife and I age, giving back to our community is more important than giving to each other. Maybe it's a path other folks would like to take.

If that’s true, then we have to pick our spots and bid high.

It’s a crazy how every much every major change in college football ends up being a disaster for us.

I have noticed that every time we miss it is bc of kids getting paid but every battle that we win(Wesr)…… that is never mentioned.

My boy told me he heard someone say we don’t have enough spots to be able to take more than like one more transfer portal guy until after spring semester. Has anyone else heard this? (Sorry if already posted, I wasn’t going to fish throughout the thread)

Yeah, thats been the word it seems. No more spots until people leave in the spring.
