Fulky and Chandler haven't been right since they got Covid. I think they're still struggling to get their conditioning and sync back. Uros has been very impressive the last few games I've watched. He earned the start tonight and played well enough to keep it as far as I can tell.

Uros has earned right to keep starting and playing key mjnutes. We need his ability to rebound and he suprisingly has improved his ability to put it back in basket. Need to let the kids willing to give their all play. ZZ, Vescovi, Uros bring the effort daily. The rest bring it in spurts and I kind of liked the constant subbing by Barnes to get most out of those spurts by keeping guys fresh. That is what this teams has to do now is just stay fresh and intense on defense and hope offense comes through creating turnovers. Our set offense just isn’t going to be good until he hires a good OC basketball version

Vescovi battled all night too. Really liked the fight he showed. I think it rubbed off on the rest of the team.

Nkamwa was really good too...

Just need to make more buckets. Especially the open looks/layups....

LSU Saturday. Huge opportunity for a get back game...

Throw nkamwa in that group too.i thought the subbing was smart as well.

dude gets absolutely drowned out by even remotely superior talent. agreed on rebounding. fulky is non existent.

Before the season, I wondered whether Vescovi would find himself pushed out of his minutes, and whether Uros would be playing at all, by the time conference play rolled around.

Reality: we get routed by andy tonight if those guys don’t play.

Yeah I hate how much our “fans” have hated on Santi. To me he’s the prototype for Barnes Ball, if ya had 8 guys that played like him we’d be undefeated.

Sure he’s not the fastest guy, or the tallest, and he isn’t an elite ball handler…but he’s gotten better in every way he can each season and just goes all out. ZZ is the same way, if we land a big that has that kind of effort with rebounding we’ll be hard to beat.
