The last point is the nail. The > 99.5% is across ALL ages AND health conditions/comorbidities. When you take out an age group spanning roughly 20 years the number is so nominal it would rarely register on anyones radar. The over 75 has a death rate of like 12%. Think about how low everyone else’s odds have to be to pull it back down to > 0.5%.
