I remember him constantly using false choice arguments; particularly completely misrepresenting his opponents positions.

He said Republicans want dirty water and air, suggested they hated old people and children.

He talked about the importance of not demonizing political opponents then did exactly that at a speech trashing the R plan from the House with Paul Ryan sitting in the front row.

He may have used nicer words but he constantly demonized his opponents rather than debating ideas.

“This is not who we are” was his go-to anytime anyone disagrees with him. He always claimed the moral high ground. Pretty hypocritical considering he locked kids in cages and killed others with drones.
