and non covid deaths will be up, hope the stat geeks keep track of thatBetween this and allowing Covid positive to work, it’s a joke at this point.
You think it’s bad now though, just wait until Biden’s mandate goes into effect (not all hospital systems are requiring vaccination at this point). It’s going to become a scary situation in regards to staffing shortage. Every hospital in America will be drawing from the same pool of travel nurses.
How does that number look % wise when you factor in the increase of vaccines taken?I wonder what caused this spike…

That’s not how I understood the ruling. I think it’s just that the Border Force has to release him from the isolation hotel because they haven’t followed proper protocol in detaining him. It seems like they will still be able to re-arrest him and deport him since he still won’t meet the criteria for entry into the country.Judge in Australia overrules government. Let’s Djokovic play.
Some good judges still remain.

The deadliest virus ever has always been the most overblown virus ever. Mad4vols said this was misinformation when I told him this was true back in the summer of last year. Now the CDC admits it
so many of you fell for it. It is what we said it is. There are outliers, but if you aren't already extremely ill, extremely fat, or extremely old, it's the flu. 75% have at least 4. I bet 20% of the remaining 25% have at least 1-2 comorbidities also.
It has been political since the beginning. Look at how the CDC is now putting this out because they are trying to help the democrats. They are a political organization and nothing more.
Opposite at my work. 2 unvaxxed no symptoms, 10 vaxxed all with mild symptoms. Granted that is 100% of the (known) unvaxxed in my office, and a little more than 1/3 of the vaxxed. We are having a outbreak at work. From what I gather those unvaccinated are staying sick longer. May be a coincidence but I’ll roll my dice with the vaccine
I find that "the vaccine saved me" line very interesting. Unvaxxed people get it and for the most part have little to no symptoms. Vaxxed people get it and for the most part also have little to no symptoms. But only one of them credits their experience to a lucky rabbit's foot.Opposite at my work. 2 unvaxxed no symptoms, 10 vaxxed all with mild symptoms. Covid has been weird from day 1, and will continue to be. Protect yourself how you see fit, but with the uncertainty, mandates have never made sense.
It's been humorous watching people's reactions in the office. At first it was very much a high and mighty that the unvaxxed got it. Then denial when the first vaxxed got it, somewhere around the 5th vaxxed it turned into panic, then the biggest branchcovidian got it, that turned it up to some sort of manic reinterpretation (the unvaxxed couldnt have had no symptoms, the only the reason I am not in the hospital is the vax), and now we finally hit acceptance.
Really interesting case study going from watching it hit society to watching it hit those I spend the most time with. Eye opening in how its changed people. Not for the better.

I cant tell you how many times I have been told I couldnt have had Covid despite 3 positive tests. They believe only in their rabbits foot.I find that "the vaccine saved me" line very interesting. Dang, hate hearing about anyone needing treatment. It seems like whenever we have it figured out things change or get weird. Rona gonna Rona.5 out today, 2 office both vaxxed and 3 drivers 2 of which I know are vaxxed the other IDK. 1 of the drivers along with being vaxxed (IDK about boosted) survived a bad bout of Covid in spring 2020 vented and hospitalized for about a month.
