Absolutely! I have zero issue with anyone (outside of young kids) getting the vaccine. I will not call a 24 year old, fit person who gets the vaccine a sheep, illogical or any other insult. I may not think they’re at risk or need it but it’s 100% their choice and should do what they want. If they have weight or health issues then I’d argue it’s likely pertinent that they get it.Let me ask you a question.
Do you think people should be allowed to take the vaccine?
it’s not a gotcha question. I don’t care if you think it’s stupid to do so. Simply put. People looking at the same information you’re looking at and decide it is worth the risk to take it, should they be free to do so without being called names ?
To eliminate any name calling for the question, I absolutely believe you should have the right to not take the vaccine or take/not take any medication that you feel is correct for you without being called names or harassed by me. My position is that everyone makes their own choice, just do so with as much available information as possible.
What say you?
Does anyone say otherwise?Let me ask you a question.

Again, never before have we had people willing to endanger and sacrifice the younger generations in order to protect the older generations.I've heard it all now!
An arrest warrant has been issued for a Houston-area mother whose teenage son was allegedly found in the trunk of her car at a COVID-19 drive-thru testing site on Friday.

Agree more than you’d believe.Absolutely! I have zero issue with anyone (outside of young kids) getting the vaccine. I’m not a doctor or scientist so I won’t pretend to state as fact that repetitive vaccination or medicine ingestion weakens the immune system but as anecdotal evidence in my own household I stay away from flu shots and never catch the flu and stay away from OTC meds and rarely catch sinus infections, common colds etc. The last flu shot I got was mandated by the OBGYN when my son was born and I was laid up in bed for 5 days several months later with the flu (it was infinitely more miserable than Covid). My wife gets one every year and catches a case of the flu every year. She self medicates on OTC stuff constantly and always seems to have something going on, no matter how minor. Her diet is worse than mine, her exercise is less stringent than mine and she spends less time outdoors than me. I can’t help but think all of those things play a role in how our bodies handle pathogens that come our way.
As is obvious, I take issue with those who insult, blame, chastise and segregate the unvaccinated. I take issue as well, with discounting all the other known factors that compound Covid complications, when reporting on deaths and hospitalizations, as well as when encouraging folks what they can do to “protect” themselves or mitigate symptoms. What doctors and the talking heads need to say is; American’s you’re fat as hell and you’re extremely unhealthy (most conditions are a result of being fat as hell). That’s the elephant in the room that nobody wants to admit or discuss.
You’re the OG name caller.Does anyone say otherwise?
Now let me ax you, should those that refuse be denied medical treatment? Or the right to go to a grocery store?
Only thing they’re guilty of is the dumb decision to announce they’re positive. Otherwise, it’s nobody’s business.Airline Passenger Explains They're Flying Because They Have Covid - View from the Wing
The traveler also texted that they got into a venue (a hockey game) the night before using their grandmother’s negative Covid-19 test. Their father got a test and was positive.
This should be a punishable offense.
Come on.Mother charged after son found in trunk at Texas COVID test site
Bet I know who she voted for. Sadly she is allegedly a “teacher”.
I am part of a healthcare system and of the thousands of vaccines that have been given….. there have been zero complications that I am aware…. In my building, we have given vaccines to 100-150 elderly with zero complications….. I don’t care if you get vaccinated bc that is a personal choice….. I got vaccinated in part bc I feel it protects myself and the people I care about…. It’s true that young healthy people aren’t as at risk. You don’t see the negative because you’re not one of the ones who has had complications from the vaccine. The same arguments used to justify vaccination for those of us who argue Covid isn’t that bad, can be said for the vaccines as well. I discount Covid namely because I’ve had it and know hundreds of people who’ve had it and less than a handful wound up hospitalized and zero died. The hospitalized were all extremely overweight or had a known, underlying condition. You likely know nobody with an adverse effect to the vaccine so you consider it safe and a non-issue. At the end of the day, the adverse effects to the vaccine and complications or lingering effects from Covid for healthy individuals are both statistical anomalies.
