Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Game cancelled because of a few positive tests, which are not totally accurate. AND, why did ucla not play the game; sideline the affected players (IF they actually had symptoms) You had fans going across the Country and you cancel the morning of the game? I'd like to know the condition of those you refer to Breathing their last breaths; like age, and health issues. It has been proven from the start that the Young & Healthy had basically zero risk with this crap; except for Heart Inflammation ect from the jab. I have medical personnel in my Family, (Dr's, Rn's, Anesthesiologist) and I make it a point to be informed. By the way
"Asymptomatic" cannot transfer a virus.

You need to go back and read the thread because this has already been discussed and I answer most of this.

My post was in response to another comment; not to you. So don't count on me going back and reading whatever. I know what I speak about, otherwise I keep quiet.

NO. They aren't treating people; just letting them die on Vents. More Money that way. People had better find a good honest Doctor that will treat them Early with the Proper Meds as an outpatient! Hospitals are not the place to be. Ivermectin is actually being DENIED as a treatment option! Remdisivir----burns up the kidneys. But that is the fauci/fda official covid drug protocol. And they pay Bonus Money to the Hospitals to use only that! Now any level headed honest person on here-----Ponder That! Quercetin, Zinc, C, D, E combination supplements are great immune boosters. Worked well for me since this thing appeared.
I tested positive today. Only thing I have is a mild fever ( improved greatly since yesterday and haven’t taken Advil since 2300 yesterday) and some sinus congestion. I was recommended the following:
Quercetin (haven’t been able to find any)
Vitamin C & D
Zinc
Melatonin
Multivitamin
Belly time , 30 min x2
Tomorrow, I will go see a Dr who has prescribed several people I know a 10-day regimen of hydroxychloroquin and a z-pack. Theirs was more severe than mine and it knocked theirs out in 3 days.
Oddly enough, one of my colleagues asked their dr about ivermectin and the dr would not prescribe it, but admitted they take it daily for a preventative 🤷‍♂️

The lady on the plane who has become famous in recent days was arrested for abusing an elderly man who wouldn’t put his mask on. So this thing goes both ways. There are tons of viral videos of self appointed mask policemen harassing others.
She had a name. It was Karen. And you need to call her by her name. KAREN. By the way, she wants to speak to your manager. 😂

The world needs more cases of this variant. Vaxxers are supposed to be fine, right. At least that’s been the incessant jab propaganda. Non-vaxxed have assessed their risk factors and made their choices. Those of us who are Covid survivors can just sit and wait on everybody else to join us in natural immunity and afterwards we can all get get back to normal with herd immunity reached. 😁

It's been the endpoint from the beginning. I think people are finally starting to realize that.

As someone who works in Public Health, please go to a hospital and tell that to those breathing their final, labored breaths.

Clearly this is something we are going to have to deal with long term and yes we do have to adjust to living with the virus. But we don’t need superspreader events when we have variants we know little about.

Life is more important than a football game

Look in China they have zero tolerance for Covid and if anyone test positive everyone in that building, block or city gets locked down immediately. Guess what, it's not stopping the spread. At what point do we decide we just have to live our lives with this thing? I mean you're risking your life every time you drive to the grocery store.

Exactly. People act like nobody got sick and died before covid. There were 200k Deaths in the US from the Flu in 2019; and the world never noticed. Now, we don't even hear about the flu. I think the CDC stopped counting the flu, and labels everything covid. They do have an inflationary agenda with the numbers; calling auto accidents covid. Sickening; whats going on.

Just curious where you got that flu number. CDC estimated 28,000 in 2018-2019 and between 24,000-62,000 in 2019-2020. Plus, they can only estimate because states aren’t required to report adult flu deaths.

Based on the data that I see, there hasn’t been flu deaths over 52,000 in the last 10 years. The flu doesn’t kill many people. They also expect the flu to be much worse this year.

Oh OK I didn't know that you was just stating your opinion I was under the impression you were stating facts.

I did state facts. It's demonstrable that the shutdowns in 2020 were a knee jerk overreaction. Some of the proof in that is you have Biden saying there's not going to be any more shutdowns even though omnicron so widespread. It's about 2 years past time we move beyond living in fear of covid. It's virus much like any other virus man has suffered for how many thousands of years? It's running its course. Some people might die but most won't. There's no safe space. Deal with it.

Yes, if you have co morbidities you are more likely to die. But I’ve seen people in their 20s die, I’ve seen kids on ventilators. Some healthy people too.

So yes clearly there are factors which increase risk but that doesn’t mean those people deserve to die and it isn’t limited.

Also, even for people who aren’t going to die, the more people who catch the virus, the more chances for mutations. Which in turn increases the chance we may one day get a strain that is even more deadly and/or transmissible.
Um….hate to burst your bubble…but that’s not how it works..

Where to even start…

We know that stopping superspreader events does limit COVID transmission. We know masks do aid in limiting transmission. We know boosters and vaccines do both limit transmission and reduce the severity of the virus if you catch it.

Are we more open than we were last year? Is there more sporting activity going on? We can slowly loosen restrictions but there are going to be fluctuations that will require countermeasures.

We are encroaching a million Americans lost, I’m sorry you are being inconvenienced but I doubt you are a frontline healthcare worker because most of the people complaining seem to not have a clue what’s going on or what actual science dictates.
The science changes week to week, literally….but we’re supposed to “trust” it…

WHAT? Your guy doesn't even know what office he "holds". "What am I doing here?" "I don't even know what I'm signing!" "What should I do now?" Totally Brain dead. You go ahead and hoist him up. It's a reflection.
Worse in his year than Trumps year with covid, WITH multiple vaccines…

One of my friends' sisters passed away yesterday from Covid-related pneumonia at UTMC. She was admitted two weeks ago with O2 sat too low for monoclonal antibodies; she refused redemsivir because "Fauci made it".

Her last Facebook post was begging Dave Rubin and Joe Rohan (sic) to bring her ivermectin at the hospital.

I hope this all ends soon. There's way too much loss going on.

Next up... "Planning that Super Bowl party this year?"

After that... "Planning that Valentine's Day dinner this year?"

Obviously Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's Day are off the table. Hell, may as well not have midterm elections.
Idk… I’m gonna have to take that drinking through a mask challenge on St Patty’s day.

Your colleague's doctor is a POS and representative of the problem with the profession right now. On the other hand, you are very lucky to have the doctor you have that is willing to go outside the conventional hive mind of the rest of those guys.

Child hospitalizations are surging in this Chicago hospital. Only one of the young patients was fully vaccinated, doctor says — CNN

It’s kinda tiring. “Child Hospitalizations Surging”. Then when you read the article….

“He added that many of the infections the hospital is treating are mild or were incidentally caught during the hospital's screening process in children who were getting admitted for something else.”

They give lots of numbers in the article. But the number they don’t give is how “many” are incidentally caught. Would be helpful information if we’re actually trying to focus now on hospitalizations vs cases. Because if a patient is in the hospital for something else, and test positive on mandatory routine testing and they’re asymptomatic, then wouldn’t that be considered more a “case” and not a “hospitalization?”

Yes indeed, but that isn't as scary sounding. How you gonna manufacture fear without fudging the numbers on Omicron?
