Only because it doesn’t fit the narrative. If this dude had died from the virus it would’ve been front page news everywhere. But when it’s vaccine related, it’s swept under the rug, explained away, and ignored.
It is sad what happened become of this country
Sure buddy. Fauci loves you! Keep believing everything he says!Sure man… he’s been waiting patiently for 45 years of his professional career for a global pandemic he could exploit for personal gain. I’m sure the death threats he gets from conspiracy nut jobs and Trump nut huggers is totally worth it.![]()
The way Omicron is progressing right now, it's very simple. Test your asymptomatic players if you don't want to play. Because when this spike hits after Christmas a ton of people are going to get Omicron and not even know it.
Or if you do want to play, take the NFL route and stop pretending a temporary illness you didn't even have symptoms for actually matters.
He isn’t a villain. The real villains are the ones that either gave him a platform (yes I’m talking about trump) or enforced the stuff he recommended (lockdowns).I don’t hang on every word Fauci says, in fact I haven’t really paid him much attention the past year, but I will lean on his advice regarding infectious disease over Travis any day of the week. The attempts by conservative Qs to make Fauci out to be some villain are laughable.
Travis needs to stick to sports instead of melting down about a piece of cloth over his face.
Not to mention natural immunity and the virus is weakening as all viruses do. You are 100% right here. It is what it is. We should stop hearing about it every day.Exactly.
It's crazy to me that we're still treating this as if it's 2020. Yes, 2020 was rough. Had several friends I knew that died or suffered through and slowly recovered. But it's not 2020 anymore. In December 2021, we have vaccines, treatments, and now effective, approved antiviral pills. People have had time to accept their own level of risk and prepare accordingly. Most of us have moved on. At some point we all have to accept that it's now an endemic illness and begin treating it as such.
Crazy how different everyones experience has been. personally I didn’t know anyone near my age (20-30s) that died or was hospitalized until this fall with the delta variant. One cousin died and another 30 y/o cousin by marriage was hospitalized and nearly died. They both had no vax though and my surviving cousin deeply regrets that decision. As he goes to therapy at 30 years old to get his damaged lungs back in shape. But your point about the pills I don’t believe they have had full approval to actually be used yet.Exactly.

Chanelling my inner McGill here. This crap is nothing more than PC garbage. Let's mask 2 year olds and make bigger sissies out of young boys than we already are.
Sorry to hear about those experiences. I know it's been rough on many people. The FDA approved the Pfizer antiviral Paxlovid earlier today which appears to be a big deal moving forward.Crazy how different everyones experience has been. personally I didn’t know anyone near my age (20-30s) that died or was hospitalized until this fall with the delta variant.
