Someone mentioned that here. I don’t doubt it really but haven’t seen full confirmation yet. I really hope the NFL is operating this way because it would prevent most of these guys from making mistakes.

Exactly, unless he drops down a level. That’s my point then, instead of transferring, why not stay, continue to develop, and he’s the insurance policy we need if HH gets hurt. Year after, give him the keys and it’s his job to give himself the best possible draft grade.

Otherwise he could go an FCS school and try and go pro from there. He can, but less likely to be successful

We can’t compete at the highest level without some guys like that. We have to square away the NIL offerings, and swim in that pool if we want to win the SECC. There’s no way around it.
