Lots of studies show that partial ROM is inferior in every way. There’s been cool study designs.
This was literally just barely bending the knees. Things can go really bad with that weight too… especially when he clearly didn’t have the base to be using those weights. He was down to 3 inch ROM by the end, but I’m judgy… man can train how man wants to. He doesn’t have to please me

Edit… I will clarify that I’m speaking hypertrophy here, and everyone has their goals. I’m being a jerk and I’m ok with that… I’m amongst friends

Plays were there to be made against UGA to make those games, possibly hang with or win...none had the players to make them. Bama does.
It’s amazing how awful Bama looks in some games compared to others….. they should have to lost to auburn…. A team that couldn’t handle South Carolina.

I have 2 theories on why.
1. Saban experiments in the regular season sometimes when they don't work Bama looks bad.
2. They expect to play for championships and are bored during the regular season.
