Any chance it's Aranda? Not sure if he's signed his new deal with Baylor yet or not.

Don’t think so, Aranda could really turn Baylor into a Top 10 school every year and Waco is a beautiful place to live.

Think coaches are hesitant with OU cause of them going to the SEC. Lanning seems to be the leader, and that should tell you something. Not taking anything away from him but OU is a Blue Blood in College football and for them to take this long in hiring a coach is strange.

And for the record, Dabo doesn’t want anything to do with the SEC.

Waco is a beautiful place to live? I mean yeah, if compared to Beirut.

The fact that they may have to go with Lanning is interesting.
If thats their only option, I wonder if they try to keep Bob for a couple years. Thats my bet.

Can't blame Dabo. If Cristobal heads home to the U Mullen would be a great fit at Oregon.

I saw a bowl projection that had us playing Jeff Brohm’s Purdue Boilermakers in the Music City Bowl… I’d love to have that one. 8-5 baby would be a phenomenal first year

I was just in Waco. Other than the campus, that town is a dump. My wife and I were both shocked how horrible that town was. I'd never want to live there. Have you been lately? Maybe it used to be good?

Ha. Never. It's an outpost on I 35 full of bikers and cockroaches. Texas is not pretty till you get down to the hill country.

It’s not that long really. It’s been 6 days 😆.

looking at next year’s schedule. 8-4 should be a decent projection just based on talent alone
Pitt loses QB
then 3 mediocre opponents non conference
Vandy, Kentucky, Mizzou and Carolina
Bama Florida at home with LSU Georgia on the road
8-4? That’s probably a good baseline for next season
