When errybody pines over missed coaching hires, the possibility of this one is the only one I regret. Would’ve been Saban/Urban level eventually in Knoxville imo.

Urban Meyer also set up a heck of a foundation. Reminds me of App St. You wouldn't think a team in Boone, NC could keep a standard of high success, even going from FCS to FBS, but they've had great continuity between staffs and flat out develop players.

Sometimes 1 national game can change your brand forever. Michigan did that for App St. And Bama did for Utah.
