I don't see how adding Cut as an analyst, or Arch as a really good recruit, or both happening is "program changing"...it would be cool indeed...but..

I hadn't been paying attention to him because he wasn't/isn't coming here...I wonder if he is really that good, or if his name is a big reason for the high regard?

It will be really hard for that kid to live up to the expectations no matter where he goes, but if he came here the pressure to succeed would be absolutely enormous.

isn't there some kind of requirement for state (university) job positions to be posted for a minimum period of time....like, 10 days?

It's not 10 days. State jobs are posted a 12:01 am ( pretty sure on Wednesday's) and are open until 11:59pm the following Tuesday.

He is that good. One of the best QBs I’ve seen in a long time.
