I love that we have an identity. Tempo is not just snapping the ball quick. Its playing with urgency and its how we play on both sides. I think thats a big reason we've played above our heads this year. We may not always need it down the road as we get more talented, but this year could have been a lot uglier without it. I love having it at our disposal on offense.
