Just considered a move here in Mt. Juliet. Nothing under $200 a foot here, and likely I would’ve got over $230 a foot for my house. Not doing it, but we built our first house 14 years ago for $105 a foot.

Interesting. I think we need to prepare for Hooker to go Pro. Rob mentioned he would be 24 next year and this is a weak QB class. Tough to come back unless you follow the Kenny Pickett route but Kenny did it because it was a strong qb class last year and weak this year.

Wonder why Middle Tennessee said nah to the MAC to stay in the CUSA. Seems questionable lol

I think CUSA is better in literally every sport but football. Football at MTSU isn’t v profitable if at all so it’s the right decision IMO

Sounds like Hooker is starting to pick up momentum in terms of draft grade. To the point that he might have a serious decision to make after this season. We'll see how he looks this week.

Yes it is. I didn't even know that some members were already talking about it today. Little late to the party.

Several CFB and NFL podcasts have mentioned Hooker by name and talked about his stock rising. Even some 1st round talk...
