Now, turn cookies into gold, and we’ll have some real NIL success…

Very unique though because the broadcasters talk about it, because they're giving away free COOKIES. That's mass advertising for pennies on the dollar.

I still believe most will just be a way to legally pay recruits/players. ROI isn't going to be a factor for a bunch of them. And for the ones that are legitimate business deals, then they'll have a plan like this one on how to leverage the connection.

But if you're a business just handing out NiL deals because you think it is, in and of itself, a goldmine...well boy...

This is weird. But this is also seems like an appropriate time for me to vent about AirPods.

I have AirPod pros. Yet I only use them now to work out and use my old wired headphones for phone calls. So I spent all that money for headphones I can only use some of the time.

Used the pros at first but had multiple people complain that I would go from sounding normal to sounding really far away. And maybe would’ve walked like 10 feet in that time. And they complained about background noise.

Anyone else?
Never understood earbuds. At all. Overpriced. Feel weird in your ear and fall out while running. Overheat (the wireless ones). Cheaply made. Poor sound and bass. Fall apart all the time.

You can get great sounding on-ear or over-ear full headphones these days, wireless for $20. And you can get all that, along with studio quality sound for production and noise cancellation for $70+.

People going back to wired buds could be more cost-effective and give better sound for the price I suppose, if you don't run/mind the wires. But imo once you go wireless on/over ear, there's no going back.

Disclaimer I have never used airpods. But I bought these bad boys a few months ago.

MIFA True Wireless Earbuds, TWS...
Hilariously the best earbuds I've ever had. Durable. No connection problems. Sound is great. I've had $100+ ones from Bose, LG, etc. These bargain bin ones are better than all I've tried lol.

Believe it or not I use these as my gaming headset. I've never had anyone complain to me about the sound of my voice. Either on games or on phone calls.
I don't doubt you. Almost all of the "popular" headphones are mere scams. Like buying $200 Jordans when $40 blahblahs are just as well made.

They've done actual studies on those "Beats" jokes...people thought they costed $15 by the sound. Absolute garbage. What's wild is there are SO many good headphones out these days. The tech is highly reproducible...the rest is marketing.

We can slow down a fast rush with screens and options.
Have a hard time seeing screens work...if you've seen their defense play them. They come up flying and will press. They get off blocks. Basically, they're all dudes and aren't afraid to play like it. Gotta get them way out of position or beat them over the top imo. The rest is just fodder.

We've hardly used it this year, but would love to see some (unusual for our offense) RPO slants to Hyatt, Holiday, Velus, Payton. We'll need something unusual and I know this doesn't fit with our offensive gameplan...but maybe they'll be out of position not expecting it.

Wanted to share the progress of our house that is getting built. Today they got the roof done before the rain. It has really moved quickly in the last 10 days from the foundation to this. It’s a new neighborhood called Magnolia Farms in Apison TN
