Touted as a Heisman candidate as a first year starter to being benched. Admittedly, he had a tough legacy to continue with Murray, Hurts, and Baker.
Change of scenery might be exactly what he needs. It worked for the above mentioned.

I feel like him being benched had more to do with Riley and/or the other players than Spencer.

Benched during Texas game, and it felt more like rather than adjust the play calling to what Texas was doing or what Spencer was struggling with they decided to change QBs.

Knee didn't touch, but he laid his elbow/forearm on the ground.

If watching on a PC you can pause the video then move it one frame at a time using comma ( , ) to move back and period ( . ) to move forward.

I think that’s been a bigger issue in basketball than football recruiting. Our football recruiting woes are much more conventionally explainable.

We were pretty good on first down after than first drive, but we were not aggressive at all with bringing pressure. Maybe that was the plan to limit Levis' runs, but we got our stops (few though they were) when we got pressure on him. I know they were gassed but we probably could have gotten off the field a couple of times at least if we had pressured Levis more. Yeah, I agree. Was very disappointed in the game Banks was calling. I mean if the other team is marching it down the field and most likely to score anyway, may as well take some chances. If you fail and your defense gives up a big play, at least your defense isn't staying on the field as long, their defense has to trot back out there too. Who knows? You may cause them to make a mistake. It sure seemed that when we did dial up the pressure good things happened. I don't know how sitting back and letting the other team methodically march down the field, time and time again and continue doing the same thing makes much sense. Death by 1000 cuts.

At first I thought he was going to let them have the field between the 20's and buck up.in the red zone. He didn't change once they got inside the 20s either, until the end of the game. I thought it was Banks worst called game of the year.

Totally agree--- really doesn't matter what team, conference, or whether college/nfl, the officiating has been pathetic...

I say at the end of each game, you take two neutral parties to watch the officiating and decide who, and how much they get paid that game. Watch their performance and how it affects the game. If they suck and screw up several times, they don't get paid that game... Bet games would be even from then on...

"Incredible" does not even begin to describe these places..there are no words that really do. They all seem too small and insufficient.

For instance, I don't have the words to describe the pure rapturous awe that I felt upon seeing and touching my first Sequioia and strolling through a grove of those ancient monarchs. I could feel the weight of the years in their presence...I thought of all that happened since a tree like the Old Batchelor had sprouted some 2,700 years ago...three-four hundred years before Alexander conquered a chunk of the world..that blew my mind.
