Genuwine question: doesn’t it get tricky using a smoker in your cold winters? Or is it gas or something?

Our grills and smoker are charcoal, and cold+wind raise holy hell with maintaining temperatures.

I use a pellet smoker, and cover the grill top with an insulated blanket. Outside temp not much of a factor.

Yes... thermal blanket for grills and smokers... any of the suppliers of the smokers sell them.
