My father was a fan when the Dodgers were in Brooklyn.

I grew up as a die hard Reds and Dodgers fan.

My “home” teams.

Lifelong Cardinals fan. Saw Cards/Reds games in both STL and Cincy back in the Big Red Machine days.

Those Reds teams had some of my all time favorite players. A number of years ago I walked from a charity event to a theatre with Joe Morgan. He was one of my favorites, so that was very cool.

He signed autographs at a lookouts game. He talked to our little league team as long as we wanted.

Former BIL lived in Boston, and we always went to Fenway on visits.

When I had my first kid (May 1983), the only things on TV during the daytime were soaps, Oprah, CNN, and the Cubs. I chose the Cubs.

Glad for Baylor. Been so busy at work this week that I did not know about HB news until last night. Oh well. He may be a star somewhere that has a great and deep OL with blocking TE or FB, which ain’t us right now. Not sure who to root for in the cocktail party.
