I respectfully disagree. Did we play a great game? No. Did we hard with heart all game? Yes.The only thing lacking was the product on the field. Nothing new.. we all show up but the football team.
Half joking, half serious, but with folks getting shot in Alabama after a Bama loss, can you imagine being an official in one of those games and living in that area?I know that. I was just further expounding on your post. Heck, living in Birmingham is a problem because those people have friends, colleagues, and acquaintances.
I mean, maybe a little over reaction. I don't think anybody was in serious danger. Winning does solve everything.I am glad I could fool you for a little bit.
Winning solves everything though.
I stand by what I said, the band was a bit much. I get the cheerleaders but they acted like there was an active shooter lmao. In fact, they’re still acting like that. I’ve seen countless examples of other schools doing the exact same thing and there was not nearly this much coverage and shaming. I won’t stand to hear it.
I respectfully disagree. Did we play a great game? No. Did we hard with heart all game? Yes.
We made plays that were taken away by either corrupt or crappy officials. We had a chance to win on the last play. So I’d say the football team showed up. Go Vols.
Yes but our football team did “show up”.The game ended in disappointment largely due to missed opportunities. The team and coach Heupel failed to close out an otherwise incredible night with a win. It is what it is.. in time, hopefully that changes.
