A kid who throws popcorn or an empty plastic bottle when all hyped up in a crazy environment after watching bad call after bad call, should be banned from Neyland for the rest of their college years? Man, I wouldn’t want to be your kid.

I don't disagree, but the punishment should fit the crime - some of our own fans were hit with glass bottles. Not cool under any circumstances and those idiots who threw dangerous projectiles should not be allowed back in because they clearly don't have enough common sense to be allowed around groups of other human beings.

Well now that that has been settled, we can delve into the bigger issue of incompetent refs.

I think UT Should tell the SEC, "We'll pay your fine and look for the people throwing suff...just as soon as you do something about the refs. Otherwise all video gets destroyed, you get nada for money...AND, all Camaras will be turned off for the next game and there will be no baggage check".

Not disagreeing, but when is the last time we had a QB who could manipulate DBs like this? Have we had one since Fulmer left? I can't think of anybody.

Seems like we've had QBs who lock onto one target for about 15 years now.

Well Hendo can, but with the amount of pressure approaching and the single coverage at the line on Payton I think he made the right throw. I think Payton probably expected it to go to the other side of the field and didn't really run a full route.

It's a good teaching moment in a few ways though. 1. ya show Payton why he still has to run full speed routes even if the play isn't supposed to be for him 2. ya show Hendo that if he looks off the safety if Payton's coverage is tight that Hyatt comes free

How huge is us getting the shaft on network and time slot for this game? We get the ESPN 7:00 slot and definitely have more angles of the calls. Would it have helped? Probably not, but worth considering.

They grew up with self control. One is a Major in the Air Force. One is a foreign missionary. Both are financially independent. Sorry if that's too tough for you.
