That explanation makes zero sense. I get letting a play run out when whatever is questionable is reviewable like a knee being down or if a QBs arm is moving forward on a strip sack. But a major point of forward profess is player safety, the refs are supposed to call that immediately when they determine he’s stopped

UT will put together a plan to show that the university doesn't condone the behavior and is addressing the situation. We'll over-atone and offer more than needed because that's the UT way. The SEC has been fine-happy about goal posts and undesirable fan behavior so we'll see. I doubt UT would push back on a fine-- even if other schools weren't fined under similar circumstances.

we'll pay several attorneys to come sit in a cubicle for two years, and several focus groups to change jack.
 
Keep getting louder and louder with this!! We finally have a few in the media willing to start speaking out. Put on more steam!
Watching sec channel, I’ve noticed talking heads are shifting more towards the horrible officiating. No one is excusing the behavior at Neyland, but alluding the cause of it being atrocious calls.
