Gonna say the same thing that I said in debates/borderline fights for years.

AV had connections because he was a money guy. The problem of having money is people tell you what want to hear. Add that AV made his identity pretty obvious to anyone in the program, he was asking for misleading info. And he always believed what any friends shared.

I wished he had stopped because it was always going to end poorly, especially with the demands of accuracy from people. And I wanted him to stay and keep helping out veterans and people in need. That always meant more to me than early tidbits on whatever.
Such an unnecessary, yet predictable ending.

I will say he got a lot of abuse from some in here (haven't seen most them back since all that happen) and I for one appreciate the "insider info" we get you just got to take it for what it is, just info that you hope comes true. I quit taking the info so serious since the Gurden days. LOL

AV didn't vouch for MIT. There were names/name brought up that one would only know through a private club, and AV said that was correct. AV assumed that he must have been someone close to a big booster but never vouched for him.

Ehhhhhhh I don't remember exactly but the association between the 2 spoiled the whole bunch for me. There were like 3 in cahoots with Beaver. Now that someone else has noted that they're from another message board it makes total sense now.

Think the only info that I ever really needed ahead was to know a firing was coming, lol.
Sometimes, (especially with UT), I just needed confirmation the misery was going to end.
Even if it was likely to be replaced with new misery. At least there was hope followed by NEW misery.

Could you imagine the irony if they kept this under wraps, came next week vs ole miss in reg home uni, went in after warm ups and came back out in these?!? Players and crowd would be stoked. Perfect troll job on Kiffin!!
It’s not really a troll job because the announcers and social media would spend the whole game talking about Kiffin and how he did it first and why couldn’t Tennessee be more original. The last thing you want is to have people talking MORE about Kiffin than they already will be.

And this doesn’t even account for the desire Kiffin has for people to talk about him.

It could be so much worse....

LMAO I FORGOT ABOUT THOSE

Wasn't here Saturday, but I'm sure this was brought up.

Why do you all think Hooker was kept in (and running quite a bit) so deep into the game? That was one thing I didn't get. I figured if he stayed in they'd at least practice some passing concepts. Not a negative comment, but curious...

I agree with AP this time.

Same here. It's like tossing the football back to the official when you score. Act like you've been there before and plan to be back. Treat Ole Miss and Kiffin like they are a big fat zero.

Honor the orange and white especially against Kiffin, who didn't. He made fun of the shade of orange - called it yellow. So I would wear all orange with white numbers/helmet.

Have you ever seen a Rook Card? A lot of people call our color yellow even though it's not. Color blindness is common in males and Rook doesn't help.

I've been a little surprised at how effective your D has been so far, particularly against the run but good against the pass too. One stat that does jump out as a difference betweeen UT and UGA so far is that UT is getting a significantly higher percentage of tackles from the secondary than Georgia. Tennessee has about 44% of total tackles, 36% of TFL, and 25% of sacks from DB's (cfbstats). Georgia has gotten 30% of total tackles, 3% of TFL and 0% of sacks from DB's. Those numbers obviously include both run and pass plays, but they suggest that UT is running a more aggressive attacking scheme with its DB's. It's a bit (way) too complicated and time consuming for me to try and analyze actual games for a definitive answer.

As for UGA vs Auburn, I see more upset potential there than most people. Auburn was very close and maybe should've won the Penn State game IMO, and that was on the road in a hostile environment. If they were 5-0 and ranked top 10, the perception of this weekend's game would be different and more accurate. Georgia hasn't played in a loud hostile stadium since @Auburn 2019, and it was a struggle as it often is at JH stadium. Stetson Bennett has never faced a road game like this, most of our OL haven't and maybe not JT Daniels either, if he can even play. Not a comfortable game for Georgia.
