PRK/Lasek is extremely safe, just a painful recovery. It's been many years since they've had problems with that surgery. Same with Lasik. If the doctor does the pre op properly, it's one of the safest procedures out there. Amazing success rate.
Just like any other surgery, they all aren’t successful. I had a corneal ulcer about 17 years ago and was told then that I couldn’t have LASIK. I would have to get the original procedure where they literally cut a slit in your eye (RPK?). I haven’t checked on it in a while, but I don’t think I would do that. It’s more intrusive.
Probably so. I was just told then that the old procedure took more time to recover, and you weren’t back to daily routine right away.
The media was upset they didn’t see practice right? @volbeast33 been on it since day 1. I think Cooper will try to play no matter how he’s feeling.I stand 100% by my guy….. the facts he knows so far is that cooper was off to the side yesterday doing rehab instead of doing conditioning and strength training…. Today….. he practiced and didn’t notice any limitation with him….I will know for sure on Friday when they do final walkthrough.
I like the toughness he showed this last weekend but he ended up playing like ****. Again, love the toughness but it may hurt the team if he goes out there feeling anything less than 100%The media was upset they didn’t see practice right? @volbeast33 been on it since day 1. Did Milton already have LASIK or did he just say that he plans to ?Had lasik 20+ years ago . Back then they actually cut your eyes. I remember the smell and being able to see the clock in the room.
After that I hit 26/32 for 422yds and six touchdowns in backyard football. So prepare thyself....we're back!
Joe can cash in if this eyesight thing is true.
Get some unique glasses (like the ones "Wild Thing" wears in Major League).
When/if success follows on the field, and the local/national media inevitably pick up on it, sell a bunch of mock frames in that same style. All colors - black, orange, white, checkerboard. Time to make a killing.
$5-$10 a pair. He'll run out of stock.
Could you do a lense like they use in cataracts? My surgeon had never had a single problem in years of practice. I was his first. He is taking care of me. I have had additional surgery and have pretty good vision with a contact. I have more surgery in my future to hopefully correct my vision. All I was saying is the surgery is not without risks
