have some pizza. And then have some more pizza. Lift heavy. No cardio. Have some more pizza. Now get some ice cream. Lift again. And finish the night off with a light pizza snack before bed.
He’s an executive with absolutely no time type of client… actually my boss 😂. Interesting dynamic when we change hats in the relationship

I’m looking to establish routine with minimal prep work and higher calorie foods. He has a small appetite which I think is mostly stress related

Next 2 games are huge. 2-0 would be huge for obvious reasons from a final record standpoint, but would also give concrete evidence to confirm what a lot of us feel like we're seeing - that this team is better than last years, that the system can work, and that the players are improving under these coaches. More than that, it would get us over the proverbial hump of closing out wins.

Heupel can’t let the team fall into a downward spiral after Florida. I agree, I’ll feel great if we go 2-0 with convincing wins.

If Hooker was able to stand in the pocket and read the defenses as fast as Milton (or Bailey) both seem to do...well he'd be elite, but also probably already in the NFL.

Someone here said it once, can't remember who...but you'll never land a finished product QB in the transfer portal. Cause if they were that good they'd be starting or heading to the draft. And I think that is true, Russell Wilson is the only QB transfer I can recall being a finished product, he just wanted one more shot at a championship in college so went to Wisconsin.
Baker Mayfield

Kyler Murray

Also another transfer who spent 3 years at OU being built into who he became.

Ya'll are talking about "take this transfer" and the point is the transfers aren't plug & play options, if they were the chances they would be transferring (especially to UT) are very low. Milton could end up being Murray or Mayfield, but he has only had 2.5 games where those guys had 2 years in their systems before becoming household names.

Nice personal attack dipstick 😏 Now do you have anything to say to dispute the FACT that Milton sucks and has always sucked, or just another lameass personal attack?
Yeah my original post that you commented on. Sometimes it take time to get better. I trust Heupel to coach up a player that he deems to be worthy of a scholarship as a qb. Development can actually take time, like more than 3 months in a system dipstick. Give all the kids a full year in the system before casting them aside.

If he starts the rest of the season, I think yes. I'm pretty sure he has one more season.

Hopefully we can pull Stroud or Rattler. Would be a dream. I don't care if one is better than the other, both are better than Milton and you can't argue that. Both are better than Hooker as well.
Why do you think Rattler leaves OU?

And for that matter, so could Harrison Bailey. We need more patience about everything.

Heck, Theo Jackson took a few years to go from decent to likely draft pick.

Tualia is having a pretty solid season so far. Not a "finished product" but a good QB.

I don't think we need a "finished product" QB. We need someone that can develop into a 1st-2nd Day draft pick.

To be fair this is his 2nd season at Maryland as well, so again he's had a year + to get to the "pretty solid" season.

The difference is Hooker and Milton both this is year 1 in the new system...and both are coming off different ailments that really limited them last year (Milton's thumb & Hooker having COVID).

I think the foundation is being built, and I hope this staff can keep all 3 QBs going into next year. I think any one of them could really have a fantastic season after getting a full year with the system/staff.

Heupel will need to upgrade the recruiting staff department. Get some McDonalds bags flowing again to jumpstart this rebuild. Talent is simply not there and while yes we’re under investigation still… Alabama wasn’t officially out of probation until 2012… need a good recruiting class desperately

Speaking of QB's, Oregon has 3 freshmen on their depth chart. At least one of them will transfer. (If we can't get a veteran transfer)

Ty Thompson - 6'4, 220. Top 40 kid (4.8)
- 6/12, 80 yards, 2 TD's

Jay Butterfield - 6'6, 205. Top 150 kid (Same speed as Bailey)

Robby Ashford - 6'4, 220. Top 300 kid. (4.6 40 according to 247)

I'd look at these guys as well, I'd be shocked if none of them left after the season.

Ty prob stays and starts next year.
