Putting win totals on JH is foolishness. He needs 7 years regardless of what happens in Year 1 & 2.

Kentucky stuck with Stoops even when people were calling him a failure midway through year 3 and it has proven to be quite fruitful for them.

We need to do the same.

UT can get back to the point of not being an embarrassment week in and week out. But the days of UT being what it was in the 90s and early 00s is dead. It's been on life support, but it's officially dead because no one in or around the program actually expects to ever get back to that point. 7 wins is a good season for everyone around UT football.

Butch Jones was right to celebrate an 8 win season like he won the natty, he was just ahead of his time by a few years. Unfortunate.

He’s playing a lot.. maybe not a lot of targets.. that probably has to do with how bad his hands have been. Don’t act like the coaches aren’t being fair

A lot of high schools do because QB talent is hard to come by. At least down here it is. Plenty of the 1A-4A schools run it. The big 16, or 5A schools don’t but when they have a down year at QB it’s obvious at that level.

QB - ?
RB - Small/Evans
WR - Payton/Hyatt/Calloway/Merrill
TE - Warren/Fant
OL - Wright/Carvin/Cooper/Spraggins

DL - Simmons/Baron
LB - Mitchell/Banks
Secondary - Taylor/Flowers/Tank/Burrell

I think Taylor and Flowers have another year, they both need it and would us out a ton. I think Fant could has another year as well if he wants to use it.

Who knows what happens with the QB position. All we know is Tayven will be here, but the question is, who else?

I think we need to bring in 2-3 OL transfers. Really thin and I don’t trust anyone on the roster to step up and take the RT position when Cade leaves after this year.

Same thing for the DL, need 2-3 transfers that can provide depth.

If we could snag Gant and Vaughn from OSU, then would be fine at LB.

Need a major transformation this off season
